Everything is working out now
. I got a note from ~Top50 who informed me that one of the sellers sent him this email: I have investigate the issue you told me last week. I am 100% confirmed that those Chinese manufacturers downloaded these 2 art images on-line since what these 2 artists drew are we so call fan art not original art. I think that is the reason why these manufacturers think it is OK to copy them. I can promise you that everybody in the convention who sell any products based on these 2 images has no idea what is going on out there. I think our thinking is it is not exact from the anime series Black Shooter Star. Maybe, the manufacturers just created the products have those images designed by their own artists.
The following is which I have been doing:
1. Notify all my dealer friends not to sell any types of products having these 2 images. So far, everybody I know is very much agreeing with me except MangaX.
2. I have contacted my source in China that don't even bother to sell me anything like that in the future since I will not buy it. I have educate them that copying the fan art is not Ok either. And, I will carefully check all of the images on the poster purchase from now on. I will stop any similar situation happening again.
3. I have already destroyed all of the posters which I think are related to their art works.

showed me the pictures she took at the convention in Paris, France. Something like this has never happened before! I'm really not sure what to do right now other than to email Japan Expo. I did post this picture in total-manga.com (which is a french anime/manga site), so if anyone goes on there, maybe you could help me ask around?

It looks like there's a lot of fanart there. I'm sure they stole most of their artwork there anyways, so if there's other artists' stuff that got stolen, maybe

Can anyone help me translate some things? I read a liiittle bit of French, but I have studied it before......enough to know that the grammar's extremely hard and that I failed at it.

And before anyone says this, I know some say that "it's kind of an honor in a way that people steal your stuff", but it's really not. It's just really frustrating, especially because I'm not in France and I can't go hunt them down, and I don't have money for a lawyer, and i dont even know if a lawyer would help in this situation, because the original artwork is a fanart.

It's so hard!D: The grammar is impossible. I'm not all that bad at it, but I'm still a noob at it. (Hence, why I can't get a god.:<)
Best bet is Google translator. I know that the translator messes up the grammer a bit.
But it works.xD Trust me, I used it for my whole essay last time!>: D
