Looking at your arts (the most this one) make me think that is easy to draw character in move...
It's funny for me, b'cause I know it isn't easy thing to draw (that's why I prefer drawing portraits, not "full-characters").
Folds on her dress looks so natural, dispersed hair, and that red ribbons - neatness mess. It looks so good.
Shading's great, full of mid-tones, that makes character more realistic... hm, but tell me - she's flying, right? So why under and behind her is shadow too?
