Sept, I can say that this is freaking gorgeous. The flow of her hair and clothes is amazing. It flows beautifuly. And the fish are really cute and look great. I like how you incorporated the koi with the dragon tattoo, with the whole mythology thing. Its a nice little touch to it that makes you look at it more.
