The character design here is excellent, as other posters have noted, but really where this work shines is in the details. It's not only the connection between music and the heartbeat, but the fact that the character is completely connected to some off-screen technology (presumably the server where the music is coming from

) is really potent here. It is as if living the music transposes your experiences, taking you away from what binds you down and brings you to new worlds you might not otherwise experience.

So, yeah. This is beautiful and inspiring. Great work.
